Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Air Cabin Crew members in Seoul, South Korea. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. Your excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and dedication to exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: Passenger safety: Ensure the safety and security of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrating safety procedures, and responding effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including welcoming them on board, assisting with seat assignments, addressing inquiries, and attending to special needs or requests. Cabin preparation: Prepare the aircraft cabin before each flight, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking of supplies, and the availability of necessary equipment. In-flight service: Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales. Conflict resolution: Handle passenger conflicts or difficult situations diplomatically and professionally, seeking resolution and maintaining a calm and pleasant environment onboard. Team collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members, including pilots and other cabin crew, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and teamwork throughout the flight. Emergency procedures: Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols, first aid, and use of safety equipment. Passenger announcements: Make in-flight announcements regarding flight updates, safety instructions, and other relevant information to keep passengers informed. Compliance with regulations: Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and service standards. Documentation and reporting: Complete necessary documentation, such as incident reports, passenger manifests, and service records, accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Air Cabin Crew member is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Professional appearance and grooming, adhering to uniform and personal grooming standards. Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to passengers. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills. Physical fitness and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and reaching overhead compartments. Proficiency in English and Korean, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of aviation safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response is advantageous. Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
