Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote support and assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the customer and contact service industry while helping to enhance the overall patient experience and healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: Patient Support: Provide virtual assistance to patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or requests. Ensure excellent customer service and empathy in all interactions. Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Maintain accurate records and communicate appointment details effectively. Medical Record Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Retrieve and update patient information as needed. Prescription Assistance: Support patients in understanding prescription instructions, medication refills, and pharmacy coordination. Collaborate with healthcare providers to address prescription-related queries or issues. Health Education: Provide patients with educational resources and information about medical conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications. Help patients navigate reliable healthcare websites and resources. Telemedicine Support: Facilitate telemedicine consultations by coordinating video or phone appointments, assisting with technical setup, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication link between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Transmit messages accurately, relay test results, and coordinate referrals or follow-up appointments. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and appointment reminders. Maintain a well-organized and efficient virtual office environment.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and common medical conditions. Strong customer service and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to navigate and use electronic medical record systems and virtual communication platforms effectively. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Respect for patient confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations. Previous experience in a customer service or medical administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of telemedicine platforms and virtual communication tools is a plus. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
