Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses & Caregivers to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a Nurse & Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. Your expertise in nursing, patient assistance, and compassionate care will contribute to improving the health and well-being of individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: Patient care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and performing nursing procedures as required. Care planning and coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans and ensure their effective implementation. Health assessment and monitoring: Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' health status, documenting observations and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members. Patient education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques. Medication management: Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Wound care: Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other specialized nursing interventions as needed. Emotional and psychological support: Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a caring and empathetic environment. Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Infection control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to minimize the risk of infection transmission and ensure a safe healthcare environment. Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current nursing license or registration in South Korea. Experience in a healthcare setting, such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards of care. Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications and performing nursing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide high-quality care. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping. Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety measures. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
