Job Description: Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives. Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their advertising campaigns and projects from inception to execution. Campaign Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop advertising strategies, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Creative Briefing: Prepare detailed creative briefs, outlining client requirements, target audience insights, and campaign messaging. Creative Development: Work closely with creative teams, including copywriters, designers, and art directors, to develop impactful and engaging advertising concepts. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. Campaign Execution: Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing campaign results, strategic recommendations, and future opportunities. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for client campaigns.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in advertising or marketing are advantageous. Advertising Experience: Previous experience in advertising account management, client servicing, or a related role within an advertising agency or marketing department. Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively understand client needs. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience. Creative Collaboration: Strong collaboration and briefing skills to work effectively with creative teams, translating client requirements into compelling advertising concepts. Project Management: Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, present campaign results, and persuade clients. Budget Management: Ability to manage client budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial targets are met. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and campaign requirements.
