Job Description: Responsibilities: Animation Creation: Develop and create visually appealing and engaging animations using various techniques, software, and tools. Concept Development: Collaborate with a team of artists, designers, and directors to conceptualize and storyboard animations, ensuring alignment with project goals and creative vision. Character Design and Animation: Design and animate characters, bringing them to life with fluid movements, expressions, and personalities. Motion Graphics: Create visually striking motion graphics for promotional materials, videos, presentations, and other multimedia projects. Storytelling: Convey stories, ideas, and messages through animation, using visual storytelling techniques to captivate and engage audiences. Animation Techniques: Utilize a range of animation techniques, including 2D, 3D, stop motion, and computer-generated animation, depending on project requirements. Timing and Pacing: Ensure animations have appropriate timing, pacing, and rhythm to create impactful and immersive experiences. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other animators, artists, and production team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality animation projects. Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from directors, clients, or team members to refine and improve animations, maintaining a high level of creativity and quality. Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging animation techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance animation skills and knowledge.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Art, Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or specialized training in animation are advantageous. Animation Skills: Strong skills in animation software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Autodesk Maya, or other industry-standard animation software. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous animation work, demonstrating proficiency in various animation techniques and styles. Creativity: Exceptional creativity and imagination to conceptualize and bring ideas to life through animation. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in animation movements, character expressions, and overall visual quality. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with a diverse team, take direction, and provide input during the animation process. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, meet project deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, animation styles, and client expectations. Passion for Animation: Genuine passion for animation and a strong interest in exploring new techniques and pushing creative boundaries. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the local language (Spanish) and English is beneficial for effective communication within the team and with clients.
