Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Law degree from an accredited university. Admission to the Bar in Spain and in good standing. Legal Expertise: Extensive experience in providing legal counsel, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment, with a strong understanding of Spanish and international laws and regulations. Contract Negotiation: Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including experience in mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and partnership agreements. Compliance and Risk Management: Proven expertise in developing and implementing compliance programs, managing regulatory risks, and conducting internal investigations. Corporate Governance Knowledge: Understanding of corporate governance principles, best practices, and compliance requirements. Litigation Management: Experience in managing legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide practical and innovative legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
