Job Description: Responsibilities: Legal Guidance: Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts. Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance programs and policies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and potential liabilities, providing proactive recommendations and mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and manage corporate legal matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes, including contract disputes, employment matters, and other legal claims, through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when necessary. Intellectual Property Protection: Manage intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, and provide guidance on IP-related matters. Legal Research: Stay updated on legal developments, industry trends, and case law to provide accurate and informed legal advice and opinions. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations, ensuring compliance and updating internal policies and procedures accordingly. Legal Team Management: Supervise and collaborate with legal team members, external counsel, and other stakeholders to efficiently and effectively manage legal matters.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Law degree from an accredited university. Admission to the Bar in Spain and in good standing. Legal Expertise: Extensive experience in providing legal counsel, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment, with a strong understanding of Spanish and international laws and regulations. Contract Negotiation: Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including experience in mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and partnership agreements. Compliance and Risk Management: Proven expertise in developing and implementing compliance programs, managing regulatory risks, and conducting internal investigations. Corporate Governance Knowledge: Understanding of corporate governance principles, best practices, and compliance requirements. Litigation Management: Experience in managing legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide practical and innovative legal solutions aligned with business objectives. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues and develop sound legal strategies. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership abilities and the ability to manage and mentor a legal team effectively.
