Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Modeling & Rendering Specialist to join our Engineering & Architecture team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings that bring architectural and engineering designs to life. Responsibilities: 3D Modeling: Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of buildings, structures, and architectural elements using industry-standard software like Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Rendering: Create photorealistic renderings of 3D models, adding lighting, textures, and materials to showcase projects in an engaging and visually appealing manner. Visualization: Collaborate with architects and engineers to transform design concepts into visual representations, allowing stakeholders to better understand and envision the final outcome. Design Review: Use 3D models and renderings to conduct design reviews, identify potential issues, and propose improvements to optimize projects. Animation: Produce animations and walkthroughs that provide dynamic representations of architectural designs, highlighting key features and design elements. Project Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to incorporate 3D visualizations into project presentations and documentation. Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering for architectural projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in 3D modeling software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Proficiency in rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion is a plus. Design Eye: A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail to create visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings.
