Job Description: We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our Automobile & Automotive team as Tire Technicians in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Tire Technician, you will play a critical role in providing tire-related services for various vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient performance on the road. Your expertise in tire installation, maintenance, and repair will contribute to the satisfaction and safety of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Tire Installation: Mount and install new tires on vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and balancing for optimal performance. Tire Maintenance: Conduct tire inspections and maintenance services, including tire rotations and pressure checks, to extend tire life and improve vehicle handling. Tire Repair: Identify and repair tire punctures and damages, following industry best practices and safety standards. Wheel Alignment: Perform wheel alignment procedures to ensure precise vehicle handling and even tire wear. Tire Replacement: Advise customers on appropriate tire replacements based on their vehicle and driving needs, recommending suitable tire brands and types. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge. Equipment Operation: Operate tire-related equipment and tools safely and efficiently during tire services. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate tire inventory and restock supplies as needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during tire services to ensure a safe working environment for technicians and customers.
Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in tire services is advantageous. Proven experience as a Tire Technician or related automotive roles, demonstrating expertise in tire installation and maintenance. Knowledge of tire brands, types, and specifications for various vehicles. Familiarity with tire-related equipment and tools, such as tire changers and balancers. Physical strength and stamina to handle tires and perform physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in tire installations and repairs. Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers. Proficiency in Swedish is required, and basic English language skills are beneficial.
