Job Description:
As a Data Protection Officer based in Zurich, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal and regulatory tasks within the Swiss legal framework, with an emphasis on compliance, corporate law, and risk mitigation. This role involves interpreting laws and regulations, providing legal advice, and ensuring that organizational practices are aligned with all applicable legal standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, assess legal risks, and respond to regulatory inquiries. Depending on the position, you may handle litigation, intellectual property, data protection, or corporate governance. The role requires a keen understanding of Swiss and international legal systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly. You will also support policy development and compliance audits, ensuring robust documentation and proactive issue resolution.
