Job Description:

The Funding Program Manager in Zurich will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission through strategic engagement, project oversight, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Working within the Nonprofit & NGOs industry, the position focuses on enhancing operational impact, delivering community-centered programs, and promoting sustainable development initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of humanitarian and social justice issues, particularly in the Swiss context. Daily tasks include coordinating cross-sectoral partnerships, supporting program planning and execution, and representing the organization in public forums. The ideal candidate will exhibit cultural sensitivity, fluency in local and international NGO practices, and a commitment to inclusive development. You will also be tasked with monitoring progress, preparing impact reports, and supporting funding efforts. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• 3–5 years of experience in a nonprofit or NGO setting

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; French and/or German are a plus

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical leadership
