Job Description:

The Human Capital Transformation Lead based in Basel plays a vital role in supporting HR initiatives within the organization. This role is essential in driving administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and facilitating employee engagement and talent strategies. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide consistent and effective HR services aligned with Swiss employment laws and multicultural workplace standards. The position contributes to the implementation of people-first policies and fosters an inclusive and growth-oriented organizational culture within the Human Resources & Recruitment job sector.

Job Requirement:

 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in a Human Resources or recruitment-related role such as Human Capital Transformation Lead.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English and one national language (German or French preferred).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR compliance is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and HR practices.
