We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in Geneva within the Information Technology & Telecommunication industry. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Your key duties will include diagnosing software and hardware issues, supporting network infrastructure, managing user accounts and permissions, and maintaining IT documentation. You will work closely with various departments to analyze system performance and implement improvements. Additionally, you will assist in deploying updates, patches, and security measures.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

    • Experience with troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, and Active Directory.

    • Familiarity with cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace) and virtualization platforms.

    • Ability to manage backup systems, antivirus software, and security protocols.

  • Analytical & Communication Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.

    • Ability to document processes and create user guides.

  • Organizational Skills:

    • Experience with ticketing systems and managing multiple support requests.

    • Capable of prioritizing issues based on urgency and impact.

  • Language Requirements:

    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
