We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on technical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key duties include performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, conducting repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems, and responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers. The technician will also carry out preventative maintenance, manage small renovation tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
This position requires flexibility with working hours and may include occasional emergency call-outs. Experience in building maintenance or facility management is preferred.
