Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or business analysis
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to design and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with Swiss or European regulatory sales environments
• Fluent in English; German and/or French a plus
• Solid understanding of financial forecasting and revenue tracking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in vendor negotiation and supply chain coordination
