Job Description:

We are currently hiring a skilled Auto Body Panel Technician for our automotive repair facility in Ajman. This role is responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body panels, restoring the exterior structure to manufacturer standards, and ensuring cosmetic integrity. The technician will be involved in shaping, aligning, and securing panels, as well as prepping surfaces for painting or refinishing.

Key responsibilities include removing dents, repairing or replacing fenders, hoods, doors, and quarter panels, welding and grinding where necessary, and working with plastic, metal, and composite body components. The technician will use a variety of tools and equipment such as hammers, dollies, MIG welders, and body fillers to restore vehicle exteriors. Accurate measurement, alignment, and finish are essential to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have excellent manual skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The work requires both physical strength and technical precision in a high-paced repair environment.

Job Requirement:

Applicants should hold a vocational diploma or certification in auto body repair or a related field, with at least 2 years of practical experience working in panel repair or replacement. Familiarity with collision repair procedures, metal fabrication, and plastic repair techniques is necessary. Proficiency in welding, surface preparation, and dent removal is essential. Candidates must be able to read and interpret repair instructions and work collaboratively with paint technicians and other team members. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols are required.
