Job Description:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst collects, processes, and analyzes business data to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning. This role involves building dashboards, generating reports, and identifying trends that support marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams.
Key tasks include data extraction from various sources, transforming data into visualizations using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and conducting ad hoc analyses to support KPI tracking. The analyst works closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, ensure data accuracy, and interpret metrics to recommend performance improvements.

Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a degree in data analytics, information systems, or business intelligence with 3–6 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python) is a plus. Attention to detail, business acumen, and fluency in English are required.
