Strong understanding of packaging machinery and equipment. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
