Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Account Executive to join our team in New York. As an Advertising Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs, and developing effective advertising campaigns. Your role will contribute to the marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives of our clients in various industries. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their advertising needs. Understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop customized advertising strategies. Advertising Campaign Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative and strategic advertising campaigns. Determine target demographics, messaging, media channels, and budget allocation to maximize the impact of advertising efforts. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Coordinate with creative teams, media planners, and external vendors to implement various advertising tactics. Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, using metrics and data to assess their effectiveness. Provide clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement. Client Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure their satisfaction. Continuously communicate with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and seeking opportunities for upselling or expanding advertising services. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Use these insights to inform advertising strategies and differentiate clients' brands in the marketplace. Budget Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and manage advertising budgets. Ensure effective budget allocation, cost control, and ROI tracking to maximize the value and impact of advertising investments. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and account management teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive, Advertising Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and media channels. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate advertising concepts and strategies. Strong client management and relationship-building abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, and PR.
