Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Air Cabin Crew team in New York. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our flights. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board. Conduct pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrate the use of safety equipment, and assist passengers during emergencies or turbulence. Monitor cabin for any suspicious activities and respond to security threats according to established protocols. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight. Greet passengers, assist with seating arrangements, and respond to inquiries and requests. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring quality and adherence to dietary restrictions. Offer comfort items and ensure passenger comfort throughout the journey. Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle various emergency situations, including evacuations, medical emergencies, and equipment malfunctions. Follow emergency procedures and assist passengers in a calm and efficient manner. Administer first aid, if necessary, and coordinate with the flight crew for further assistance. Cabin Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight. Conduct regular checks of emergency equipment, cabin supplies, and catering inventory. Ensure proper functioning of cabin systems, such as lighting, air conditioning, and entertainment systems. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure efficient flight operations. Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information, coordinate tasks, and address any issues or concerns. Foster a positive and supportive team environment. Cultural Sensitivity and Inclusivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in interactions with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Respect and accommodate passengers' cultural practices, preferences, and special needs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of passenger manifests, incidents, and service-related information. Prepare reports on any irregularities, incidents, or customer feedback. Complete necessary paperwork and submit it according to established procedures. Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and customer service best practices. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role of Air Cabin Crew.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Customer service experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights. Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces. Height requirements may apply, depending on airline regulations. Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
