We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Modular Wall Assembler to join our construction team in Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing prefabricated wall systems used in residential and commercial buildings. Your work will support efficient project completion and structural integrity on a variety of job sites.
Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, positioning and securing wall panels, aligning components accurately, and using hand and power tools to complete assemblies. You’ll also be expected to collaborate with other trades, adhere to quality and safety standards, and report any issues or delays to supervisors.
This role demands good manual dexterity, physical strength, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with construction materials and an understanding of assembly techniques are valuable.
