The Agri-Industrial Driver in Sydney plays a critical role in transporting agricultural machinery, equipment, and bulk materials such as grains, fertilizers, and livestock feed across farms, distribution centers, and processing facilities. This position is integral to the seamless operation of agri-industrial logistics and supports agricultural productivity by ensuring timely delivery and safe transport of essential goods and machinery.
Key responsibilities include operating heavy vehicles such as flatbeds, tankers, or articulated trucks, loading and unloading equipment or bulk goods using cranes or lifts, and securing loads according to safety regulations. The driver also ensures compliance with transport regulations, including load weights, permits, and safety checks, while maintaining accurate delivery records and route logs.
Additionally, the driver may perform basic maintenance and inspections on vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and operational. In some cases, responsibilities extend to assisting with on-site machinery positioning or operating associated agricultural equipment. This role requires navigating both rural and urban routes efficiently while adhering to deadlines and minimizing downtime.

Good route planning, time management, and communication skills are vital for coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with GPS navigation and digital logbook systems is desirable.
