Job Description:
As a Analog Electronics Engineer based in Ghent, you will be responsible for executing essential functions within the electrical and electronics industry. You will contribute to designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing complex systems that support both industrial and consumer-facing technologies. This role requires hands-on and analytical capabilities to troubleshoot problems, enhance performance, and ensure operational safety and compliance with EU and Belgium-specific regulations. The Analog Electronics Engineer works closely with engineers, project managers, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality deliverables are achieved. The position may include equipment assembly, testing, validation, documentation, or installation responsibilities, depending on the focus area. Your role may also include preparing technical reports, performing risk assessments, or supporting infrastructure upgrades. The ability to manage schedules, ensure cost control, and collaborate across teams is vital to ensure project success. This role is a critical contributor in ensuring that all systems meet high performance and sustainability standards within Belgium’s dynamic industrial and technological sectors.
Job Requirement:
• Familiarity with international and EU safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation or embedded systems
• Experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing floor
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with testing tools, calibration, and diagnostics
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on industry experience required
• Knowledge of SCADA is highly preferred
