Job Description:
We are hiring a Dairy Processing Plant Operator to join our production facility in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain dairy processing machinery used in the pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging of milk and dairy products.
Key responsibilities include starting and shutting down equipment, adjusting process parameters, conducting routine quality checks, and maintaining records of production activities. The operator will ensure that operations meet hygiene and safety standards, troubleshoot equipment issues, and report any malfunctions to maintenance teams.
This role is vital to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality dairy products and is best suited for someone with technical acumen, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a vocational qualification or diploma in dairy technology, food processing, or mechanical operations, with at least two years of experience in a dairy or food production facility.
Strong mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of dairy processing techniques, and familiarity with CIP (clean-in-place) systems are essential. Understanding HACCP guidelines and GMP practices is required.
Candidates must be physically fit, willing to work shifts, and capable of maintaining detailed production logs. Teamwork, responsibility, and the ability to react quickly in high-demand situations are critical traits.
