Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join our team in Surrey, Canada. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting complex software applications within the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs for application development and implementation. Configure, customize, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate solutions. Conduct system testing, including developing and executing test plans and documenting results. Collaborate with end-users to provide training, support, and guidance on application usage and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure application systems remain efficient and effective. Participate in project planning and coordination activities, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
Job Requirement: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in application analysis, configuration, and support within the IT/Telecommunication industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python), database management (SQL), and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Knowledge: Strong understanding of application architecture, integration, and deployment processes. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
