The Arts Administrator will work closely with artists, collaborators, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth operations.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Arts Management, or a related field. Proven experience working in arts administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the creative Arts & Design industry and its practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to artistic programs, exhibitions, performances, and events. Assist in budget management, grant applications, and fundraising initiatives. Maintain accurate records of finances, contracts, and artist agreements. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment needs. Communicate with artists, collaborators, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and smooth operations. Support marketing and promotional efforts for artistic events and initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Familiarity with arts marketing and promotional strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
