Collaborate with local artists, organizations, and community groups to enhance artistic initiatives. Develop and implement outreach strategies to ensure inclusivity and diversity. Support and empower individuals to explore their creativity and express themselves through art. Document and evaluate the impact of community arts programs. Requirements: Experience in community arts programming or a related field. Strong knowledge and passion for various art forms and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
