Job Requirement: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business process modeling tools and software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of project management principles is an advantage. Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and data analysis tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
