Job Description: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for the financial health and strategic financial planning of the company. You will oversee all financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth.
Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven experience in driving financial performance and growth. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
