Job Description:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Director in Nice oversees the development and execution of enterprise-wide BI strategies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency within BPO and KPO services. This role is responsible for leading the design of advanced analytics frameworks, managing BI platforms, and ensuring data-driven insights are delivered to executives, clients, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include supervising BI analysts, establishing data governance standards, and implementing technologies that consolidate information from multiple sources into actionable dashboards and reports.
