We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber Optic Splicing Technician to join our telecommunications network team in Munich. The role involves splicing, testing, and troubleshooting fiber optic cables to ensure optimal performance in data transmission networks. This technician will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of high-speed internet infrastructure for both commercial and residential customers.
Daily tasks include performing fiber optic fusion splicing, using OTDR and power meters for diagnostics, documenting splice locations, and maintaining detailed records.
