Job Description: This is a brief summary of what's involved: · Monitor customer environments; proactively anticipate issues and co-ordinate with other resources, advise customers, propose solutions and effectively respond to service performance issues using the ITIL lifecycle model . Manage small consultancy style projects and handle complex incidents · Ensure that work is prioritized using the workflow management and ticket system · Maintain clear, effective communications with all stakeholders both external and internal Create easy to follow documentation in a variety of situations - RCAs, change notes, user guides · Manage own time effectively to complete assigned work and adapt schedule based on customer needs and priorities · Make a positive contribution to ProofID’s Managed Services team, through continuous improvement and sharing skills · Make decisions with commercial considerations in mind · Identify opportunities for self-development

Job Requirement: What we are looking for someone with:experience or knowledge of SAML, infrastructure and information security practicesrelevant technical background and a knowledge of federation and multi-factor authentication – this could be OAuth / OpenID standards knowledge and experience in any productexperience of a ticket management system in a customer support environmentclear and logical thinking abilitiesthe capability to work well independently and knows when to seek advice / supportthe capability to communicates effectively both internally and externallyflexibility about the work they do and available to support the out of hours rotaeagerness to learn more and potentially progress and develop within Managed Services or other areas such as ConsultancySomeone who can guide/coach other team members across the organizationPing ID certification is must
