Job Description: State Head Channel Sales of various areas of Maharashtra.
Job Requirement: 1. Collect data provided by the Area Sales Manager.2. Plan Schemes that could be worked to boost sales.3. Make sure the team follows a defined sales process to achieve targets for primary sales, secondary sales, and usage.4. Train the team regularly on the job, by participating in outbound sales calls, market visits, daily reporting from the team, hot leads generation, hot leads conversions, and usage.5. Sales Planning and Planning new outlets area-wise that could grow sales.6. Coordinate with area-wise Distributors.7. Sync with Higher Management.
