Key Responsibilities:
Prepare soil for planting by clearing debris, tilling, and fertilizing fields.
Plant seeds, seedlings, or saplings according to crop schedules and instructions.
Water, weed, and care for crops to ensure healthy growth.
Harvest fruits, vegetables, and other produce manually or with basic tools.
Load and unload agricultural products for transport and storage.
