Job Description: We are currently seeking Construction Workers to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a Construction Worker, you will be involved in various construction projects, assisting with manual labor tasks and supporting the overall construction process. Your physical stamina, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manual Labor: Perform a range of manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials. Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction equipment and tools. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper storage and organization on-site. Assist in the delivery of materials to different areas of the construction site. Site Preparation: Assist with site preparation tasks, such as clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and preparing foundations. Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled workers to ensure accurate and efficient site preparation. Construction Support: Provide support to skilled workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by handing them tools and materials, holding and positioning materials, and assisting with basic construction tasks as directed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain construction equipment, tools, and machinery. Report any malfunctions or damage to supervisors and assist in the repair or replacement of equipment as necessary. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other construction workers, tradespeople, and supervisors to complete construction projects efficiently and effectively. Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Construction Cleanup: Participate in post-construction cleanup activities, including removing debris, sweeping and cleaning work areas, and organizing tools and equipment. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized construction site. Learning and Development: Continuously learn and develop skills in construction techniques, tools, and safety practices. Take initiative to improve efficiency and effectiveness in performing assigned tasks. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all relevant construction regulations, codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and quality in construction work.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in construction or related field is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to learn and acquire new skills is essential. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and materials. Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Basic knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards is beneficial. Fluency in Italian is preferred. Basic understanding of English is an advantage.
