Implement strategies to enhance the passenger experience, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations. Implement safety management systems and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe operating environment for passengers, crew, and ground personnel. Financial Management: Contribute to budget planning and financial forecasting for the airline. Monitor and control operational costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize revenue generation through effective resource management. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of airline staff, including pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and administrative personnel. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, airport authorities, ground service providers, and other industry partners.
