Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Airport Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of infrastructure and systems at Rome Airport. This role is crucial to ensuring that all airport facilities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing daily maintenance operations across terminals, runways, lighting systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. The manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate emergency repairs. They will also develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards set by ENAC and EASA.

The role involves close collaboration with airport operations, engineering, and security teams to minimize disruptions and ensure operational readiness. The manager will oversee maintenance contracts, manage budgets, track asset lifecycles, and ensure that service levels meet passenger and operational demands.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of airport systems, team leadership experience, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive maintenance needs. This position plays a vital role in preserving the efficiency, safety, and resilience of Rome Airport’s physical infrastructure.
