A Clothing Assembly Technician is needed in Rome to join a garment manufacturing facility specializing in the production of ready-to-wear apparel. The technician will be responsible for assembling garment components through sewing, stitching, and finishing processes to ensure high-quality clothing production.
Key duties include reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, operating sewing machines and related equipment, and performing hand stitching where necessary. The technician must accurately join fabric pieces, attach buttons, zippers, and other accessories, and ensure seams and hems meet quality standards.
The role requires close collaboration with pattern makers, cutters, and quality control teams to maintain production schedules and meet design specifications. The Clothing Assembly Technician will inspect garments throughout assembly to detect and correct defects, ensuring finished products comply with company and industry standards.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience with various garment construction techniques are essential. The technician must follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Proficient in operating various sewing machines (lockstitch, overlock, flatlock) and related garment assembly equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and production specifications
Skilled in sewing seams, hems, attaching buttons, zippers, and other garment components accurately
Knowledge of different fabrics and their handling requirements
Quality Focus:
Keen eye for detail to identify stitching defects, alignment issues, and fabric damages

Physical Ability:
