Job Description:
The Boiler Technician in Al Ahmadi is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing boilers and related heating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Responsibilities include monitoring boiler operations, checking pressure and temperature readings, conducting safety checks, cleaning burners, replacing valves and pumps, and ensuring proper fuel combustion. The technician is also expected to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to prevent system failures.
Preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and performance optimization are key functions. Accurate record-keeping of inspections, maintenance schedules, and system performance logs is required. The technician works closely with building engineers or maintenance supervisors to ensure uninterrupted heating and compliance with safety regulations.
