Job Description:
The Chief Sustainability Officer Lead in Salmiyah is responsible for executing the organization's sustainability strategies, managing ESG reporting, and overseeing green innovation projects. This role includes leading environmental audits, implementing energy efficiency programs, and ensuring waste reduction policies are effectively followed.
The CSO Lead coordinates cross-functional efforts to meet corporate social responsibility targets and guides employee engagement in sustainability campaigns. They are also accountable for aligning operations with sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Job Requirement:
A degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, or Corporate Governance is required. At least 10 years of experience in sustainability management or environmental compliance roles is necessary.
Strong familiarity with energy audits, environmental impact assessments, and green certifications is essential. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, project coordination, and regulatory reporting skills.
