Job Description:
The Meat Cutter in Qurain is a skilled professional responsible for preparing different cuts of meat in a clean, safe, and efficient manner within a butcher shop, grocery store, commercial kitchen, or food production facility. The position requires knowledge of various meat types including beef, poultry, lamb, and seafood, along with the ability to process them according to culinary specifications or retail standards.
Core responsibilities include breaking down carcasses, trimming meat, deboning, grinding, slicing, and packaging meat for sale or further preparation. The Meat Cutter must operate tools such as knives, saws, grinders, and slicers, ensuring precision in cuts and strict adherence to food safety protocols. They are also responsible for labeling, weighing, and presenting products attractively for consumers or chefs.
Hygiene and cleanliness are critical aspects of the job. The Meat Cutter must sanitize tools and work areas regularly to prevent contamination. They also monitor product freshness and quality, discarding items past their usable date. In commercial settings, meat cutters may also be involved in inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers and food preparation teams.

Job Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in meat cutting or culinary arts preferred.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a butchery, kitchen, or meat processing facility.

In-depth knowledge of different meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques.
