Job Requirement: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a formal caregiver training program or similar qualification is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a caregiving role is advantageous, but not mandatory. Skills: Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physical tasks and manage various caregiving responsibilities. Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
