Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, financial reporting, and risk management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial stability and growth.
Job Requirement: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role, preferably in a multinational company or similar environment. Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and forecasting. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising activities is advantageous. Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or another European language is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
