Job Description:
The Automotive Assembly Operator plays a key role in the production of vehicles at manufacturing facilities in Doha. This position involves assembling automotive parts and systems according to detailed process instructions and engineering specifications. Operators work on various stages of the assembly line, including fitting engines, installing electrical wiring, assembling chassis components, and mounting vehicle interiors.
Daily responsibilities include operating hand tools and machinery, inspecting parts for quality, and ensuring the assembly process adheres to safety and efficiency standards. The operator coordinates with quality inspectors to identify and correct defects, and assists in troubleshooting minor production issues to minimize downtime.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the operator must maintain consistent production output while complying with health and safety guidelines. This role supports Qatar’s automotive industry by contributing to the manufacture of high-quality vehicles that meet both local and international standards.
