Job Description:
As a Application Support Analyst based in Yishun, you will contribute to critical functions within the IT & Telecommunication industry in Singapore. This role involves working collaboratively with teams to develop, implement, maintain, and support systems, applications, or networks, depending on specialization. Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with databases, networking, or cloud platforms
• Understanding of Singapore's data privacy and cybersecurity regulations
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related roles
• Experience in enterprise IT systems integration
• Certification in AWS preferred
