This role involves managing a team of workers, maintaining farm equipment, and implementing best practices for crop cultivation, livestock care, and farm maintenance.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and animal husbandry. The Farm Manager is also responsible for managing budgets, monitoring inventory, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Additionally, the manager handles staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and safety on the farm.
