Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of service staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service, and productivity. Menu planning and development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary preferences, and cultural preferences. Inventory and cost control: Manage inventory levels, monitor costs, and implement effective control measures to optimize profitability and minimize waste. Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Customer service excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Revenue generation: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, such as upselling, promoting special events or offerings, and implementing effective pricing strategies. Vendor management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials. Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A culinary degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers. Menu planning and culinary creativity, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
