Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of airline staff, including pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, such as catering services, fuel suppliers, and maintenance providers, to ensure quality service delivery and cost-efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in airline management are advantageous. Experience: Significant experience in airline operations or aviation management, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities. Experience in leadership or managerial roles is preferred. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, including airline operations, regulations, safety procedures, and industry trends. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
