Job Description:

The Airline Financial Controller based in Zurich plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and compliant operations within the aviation and airport management industry. This position supports the day-to-day coordination and management of activities that influence passenger experience, flight safety, and airport functionality. Working closely with ground staff, air traffic controllers, and technical crews, the Airline Financial Controller is expected to contribute to the safe and timely handling of aircraft, cargo, and passengers. In addition to operational duties, this role may involve data monitoring, quality checks, and improvement initiatives aligned with Swiss and global aviation standards. Job Requirement:

• Financial leadership experience in airline or transport organizations

• In-depth understanding of aviation operations and standards

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex tasks in high-pressure environments

• Technical proficiency with aviation tools and platforms

• Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules and weekends

• Strong leadership and collaborative team orientation

• Fluency in English; additional Swiss national language preferred

• Familiarity with IATA and EASA regulatory frameworks

• Commitment to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement
