Job Description:
As a Bioinstrumentation Development Engineer based in Zurich, you will contribute to the ongoing innovation and improvement of engineering and manufacturing processes within Switzerland’s highly advanced industrial sector. Your primary role involves leading technical projects, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance with global standards, and implementing sustainable practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, testing, and operations, delivering measurable results in quality, cost, and production efficiency. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach are essential for resolving complex challenges. This position requires strong technical documentation skills, regular collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to apply engineering principles, use the latest industry tools, and support development cycles from concept to implementation.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of ISO and IEC compliance standards
• Proven ability to work in high-paced engineering environments
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus
• Experience with industrial systems, testing equipment, or manufacturing protocols
