The Capacity Planning and Scheduling Coordinator based in Zurich plays a vital role in the Engineering & Manufacturing industry. Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proven expertise in capacity planning and scheduling coordinator practices and standards
• Strong command of industry-specific tools, software, or instrumentation
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably German or French in Zurich)
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
• Familiarity with international safety, quality, and environmental regulations
